Delivery and Returns

Parcels are usually shipped within 48 hours.

The standard shipping method is "Lettre Suivie" (tracked letter) by LA POSTE, delivered to your mailbox without a signature, with a delivery time of 2 to 15 business days (depending on LA POSTE's schedule).

 

We are not responsible for the disappearance of parcels after official delivery of the LA POSTE Tracked Letter to your mailbox. No refund will be issued in this case.

 

Your order can be delivered any time of day, between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Prefer delivery to an office; there is always someone to receive the parcel.
 

*We always do our best to meet these delivery times, but during peak activity (such as sales periods), delivery times may sometimes be extended. Occasional system updates or force majeure events, such as particularly bad weather conditions, may lead to a suspension of these delivery services, a change in the cut-off time to benefit from them, and/or an extension of the delivery time. However, we make every effort to minimize these temporary changes. Sass' cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels resulting from specific delivery instructions given to the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship worldwide.
Depending on the legislation of the country concerned, customs fees may be claimed from the recipient.

RETURNS

You can return an item to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You must first contact me and communicate the reason for the return as well as your order number.

Return shipping costs are at your expense and will not be refunded.

Regardless of the reason for your return, it must be sent by Colissimo in its original intact packaging and must not have been worn.

Sass' reserves the right not to issue a refund if the product is damaged and unfit for resale.

The return must include:

- The original pouch

- The jewelry item(s)

- A note indicating your order number.

If you want a different size/color, you will need to place a new order and shipping costs will be at your expense.

All returned items will be inspected. They must be new, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
